Stephen Duncan has extensive experience in leadership roles in the field of employee engagement and change management. Stephen is currently the Managing Director of United Minds, where they oversee the EMEA operations and supports clients globally in solving challenges related to change, culture, and employee experience. Prior to this, Stephen was the Executive Vice President at Weber Shandwick, leading their Employee Engagement & Change Management practice in the EMEA region. Under their leadership, the practice grew rapidly, expanding its network and generating significant revenues. Before joining Weber Shandwick, Stephen worked at Radley Yeldar, where they successfully developed and doubled the size of the Employee Engagement practice. Stephen also has experience as an Engagement Director at Instinctif, where they led consulting assignments for various clients, including Ernst & Young, Thomson Reuters, and RBS Insurance. Earlier in their career, Stephen held positions at The Fifth Business, Appropria, Nexus, Wood Group, Department of Trade and Industry, and Scopec International Ltd. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated a strong track record of driving growth, building teams, and delivering successful employee engagement and change management solutions for clients.

Stephen Duncan completed their education at various institutions. Stephen first attended The Royal High School from 1980 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a degree at Queen Margaret University, earning a BA (with distinction) in Communication Studies from 1987 to 1990. Stephen then enrolled at the University of Strathclyde for a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Management, which they completed from 1990 to 1991. Lastly, they obtained a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Robert Gordon University between 1998 and 2000.
