Susy Tjiawi

Susy Tjiawi has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Susy currently works as a Manager of Talent Acquisition for Weber Shandwick, a global communications and marketing firm. Prior to this role, they served as a Manager of Talent Acquisition for IPG DXTRA and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for SGK. Susy also has experience in executive recruitment and human capital consulting, having worked as an Associate Partner for Olmec Search Pte Ltd and as a Senior Research Consultant for Carmichael Fisher. Susy began their career in recruitment as a Researcher for ConnectedGroup. Additionally, they have experience in human resources and organization development, having worked as a Human Resources Officer for PT. PEC-Tech Indonesia. Susy's diverse work experience spans various industries and regions, including Asia Pacific.

Susy Tjiawi has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended the Institute of Science and Technology TD Pardede (ISTP), where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Susy completed their studies in 2003. During the same period, from 1999 to 2000, Susy also received a diploma in Business and Management (Computer Science) from TRICOM.

In 2009, Susy decided to further enhance their skills by enrolling in Temasek Polytechnic. There, they completed a Specialist Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Susy Tjiawi has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed courses such as "Building a Better To-Do List," "Getting Things Done," and "Prioritizing Your Tasks" from LinkedIn. Earlier, in July 2020, they also earned a certification in "Embracing Unexpected Change" from the same platform.
