Tony Avila has a diverse work experience in the field of creative design and marketing. Tony started their career as a Marketing Assistant at IMPACT Marketing & Events in January 2012. Later, they joined creativeHungercommunications LLC as a Designer, where they assisted in designing print and online media, conducted market research, and managed social media accounts. In November 2012, Tony became the Marketing Manager/Coordinator at The Compounding Center, where they worked until August 2014. Tony then joined InfoComm International as an Events Marketing Coordinator from August 2014 to July 2015. In June 2016, they interned as an Art Director at RP3 Agency for two months. Tony also gained experience as an Art Director Intern at Ogilvy & Mather from June 2017 to September 2017. After that, they worked as a Freelance Art Director for a brief period from October 2017 to January 2018. Since February 2018, Tony has been working at Weber Shandwick, starting as a Jr. Art Director and progressing to roles such as Art Director, Senior Art Director, and currently Associate Creative Director.
Tony Avila completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Marymount University from 2008 to 2012. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Science in Business degree with a focus on Advertising from VCU Brandcenter.
