Zoë Hollister Williams has a diverse work experience in project and account management, digital marketing, and event coordination. Zoë started their career at Grosso at Large Campaign as a Web and Social Media Advisor, where they developed and executed grassroots web media strategies, leading to successful fundraising efforts. Later, they joined Forum One Communications as an Event Manager, overseeing logistics for multiple events and managing budgets. Zoë then transitioned to project management roles, first as an Internet Research Analyst, followed by a Project Officer, where they led website redesign projects in the non-profit and government sector. Zoë eventually became a Senior Project Manager, leading large-scale online strategy and website redesign projects for federal government and foundations. After that, they joined MSLGROUP as a Social Media and Digital Specialist, responsible for the execution of strategic integrated advertising campaigns across various platforms. Zoë also served as a Senior Account Supervisor, managing a creative team and ensuring client satisfaction. Currently, Zoë is with Weber Shandwick as a Senior Vice President, leading integrated project management and optimizing client delivery across accounts and offices. Zoë establishes cross-functional processes, holds teams accountable, and identifies operational challenges to provide high-quality work. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Zoë Hollister Williams obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Communications from The Johns Hopkins University, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. In addition, Williams obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in October 2013.
