Franz Bayer

Franz Bayer is an experienced Technical Sales Manager and Application Engineer at Hans Weber Maschinenfabrik GmbH since March 2020, specializing in WEBER additive 3D printing technology for producing complex plastic components. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Research Assistant at Universität Bayreuth's Chair of Ceramic Materials Engineering from November 2018 to August 2019, and a Working Student position at KNARR Group in late 2017. Additionally, Franz completed an internship in R&D Materials and Technologies at REHAU and a short-term student internship at FRANK WALDER Frankenwälder E. Held GmbH & Co. KG in a test laboratory. Franz holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Material Science & Engineering from the University of Bayreuth, obtained in 2020 and 2016, respectively.
