Leonardo Monteiro de Miranda has a varied and extensive work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager/Agile Coach at Webera, managing all Technology Operations Department. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Professor at ESPM Rio - Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, ECDD - Escola de Comunicação e Design Digital, and Instituto Conhecimento Liberta. In 2019, they worked as an Agile Coach at Café.art.br and as a Product Owner, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master at Grupo Globo - Mídia e Conteúdo. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Professor at Senac Brasil. In 2005 and 2006, they worked as a UX Designer at Globopar, Tv Globo, Rede Globo, Globo.Com and as a Computer Graphics Instructor and Consultant at Rede Globo, respectively.

Leonardo Monteiro de Miranda has a diverse educational background. Leonardo obtained their Bachelor of Industrial Design from Centro Universitário da Cidade in 2005, followed by a College Diploma in Computer Graphics from International Academy of Design in 1999. In 1997, they obtained a webdesign certificate from Concordia University and a Graphic Design certificate from the same university. In 2010, they earned a Certificate of Business Administration (C.B.A.) from Ibmec. In 2014, they completed a Design Thinking for Innovative Problem Solving: A Step by Step Project Course from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In 2018, they earned an Executive Master of Science in Creative Economy from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, as well as a Design Leadership certificate from Cooper Professional Education. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an Associate Member from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) in 2018, a Scrum at Scale® Certified Practitioner with Jeff Sutherland from Scrum, Inc. in 2017, a Lean Kanban (LKU) from Knowledge21 in 2015, an HCMBOK® Certified Professional - Gestão de Mudanças from Human Change Management Institute in 2014, and a Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance in 2013.
