Allison Graham-Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Allison began their career as a Manager at Germaine Lawrence from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined the University of Maryland Baltimore as a Development Associate, where they implemented effective strategies for annual fundraising and successfully engaged the alumni board. From 2012 to 2014, Allison worked as a Business Development Manager at ICMA, exceeding revenue targets through corporate sponsorships and increasing donations. Allison then moved to the S. D. Bechtel, Jr. Foundation as a Project Manager, where they managed budgets, negotiated contracts, and successfully granted funds to charitable organizations. Starting in 2016, Allison worked at Fluxx, initially as a Customer Relationship Manager, where they managed strategic enterprise accounts and built the partner playbook. Allison'srole expanded to Senior Manager, Business Development & Partnerships in 2019, where they oversaw business strategy, partnerships, and the Partner Program. In 2021, they joined SafeGraph as a Strategic Partnerships Lead, responsible for driving partner motions, negotiating contracts, and generating revenue. Currently, Allison works at Webflow as a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, starting in 2023.

Allison Graham-Jones received their Master's degree from the University of Maryland from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College Massachusetts from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Allison has also acquired various certifications such as Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, Initiating and Planning Projects, and Managing Project Risks and Changes from the University of California in May 2017. Allison is also currently studying for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam through the Project Management Institute.
