Lena Mayshkina has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. From 2017 to 2020, they worked for ANCOR as a Recruitment Intern, Around Group ApS as a Recruitment Specialist, and RALF RINGER as an HR Business Partner. In 2020, they began working for SberMarket as a Recruitment Team Lead, Senior Recruiting Manager, and Recruiting Manager. In 2022, they will become the Recruitment & Executive Search Team Lead for Webinar.

Lena Mayushkina attended Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Administration degree in Human Resources and Organizational Management.
