Vladimir Karpenko

Vladimir Karpenko has a long and varied work experience. Vladimir began their career in 2006 as Manager of Development Department at SRDC "AVERS" JSC. In 2007, they moved to infotelecom where they worked as an Analyst, responsible for monitoring the market conditions in different telco areas. In 2008, they joined JASMiND as a Senior Consultant, responsible for knowledge management services, solutions and products portfolio. Vladimir then moved to Doctor Web, Ltd. in 2010, where they worked as Manager at Partner Department. That same year, they joined J'son & Partners Consulting as Head of ICT & Services Dept, Leading Consultant, and Consultant. In 2013, they began working at Mind as Deputy COO, Head Expert, and Head of Partnership Channel. In 2017, they moved to Mango Telecom as Head of Intergation Projects. Most recently, they joined Webinar Group in 2021 as Head of On-Premise and Meetings.

Vladimir Karpenko's education history includes a Specialist degree in HR from Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Sciences (MGUPI) between 2003 and 2008, as well as a Management course from the Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship in 2008.
