Jeffrey Miller

Jeffrey Miller is an accomplished professional in customer success and marketing with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Since March 2022, Jeffrey has served as Associate VP of Customer Success at WebMD Ignite. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held the position of Customer Success Director for Healthcare Marketing at Mercury Healthcare from January 2019 to March 2022, following the acquisition of Influence Health where Jeffrey was Director of Consumer Experience. Jeffrey's tenure at MedStar Health spanned from April 2001 to August 2017, during which time Jeffrey advanced from Marketing Analyst to Assistant VP of Customer Relations & Marketing, overseeing direct response marketing programs and managing a team. Earlier in their career, Jeffrey gained experience as a marketing intern with the Baltimore Ravens during their 2000 Super Bowl championship season. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from Brown University.
