Mark Sawers

Mark Sawers is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Software Architect at Webomates, where Mark leads architecture, product development, security, and DevOps at an innovative cloud-based software testing startup. Previously, Mark has held positions as a Solution Architect, Software Engineer, and DevOps Architect in consulting, as well as Associate Director and Technical Lead at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Mark's experience also includes roles as Manager of Architecture at IPC Systems, Inc. and Team Lead and Software Engineer at Gartner, Inc. Mark holds a MS in Software Engineering from Fairfield University and a B.A. in International Service from American University.
