Andrew Arch

Andrew Arch is a Principal Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design Consultant at Intopia, focusing on enhancing accessibility and inclusive design in product development for government and private-sector clients since July 2017. With extensive experience in web accessibility, including roles at W3C since 2001 and the Digital Transformation Agency from 2015 to 2019, Andrew has contributed strategic advice and developed resources to improve digital services for diverse populations. Previous positions include Assistant Director for the Australian Government Information Management Office and Manager of Online Accessibility Consulting at Vision Australia. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Economics and a Professional Certificate of Web Accessibility, underscoring a strong academic foundation in both accessibility and environmental studies.
