Adam Hintz has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Adam began their career as a Crew Member at Noodles & Company in 2014, then moved on to become the CEO/Founder of OurHour in 2016. That same year, they also started working as a Crew Member at Cold Stone Creamery, where they handled customer service, direct sales, inventory management, catering, and event planning. In 2018, they were a Shift Manager at Starbucks, where they managed inventories, delegated responsibilities, and ensured quality products were delivered in a timely manner. Adam then moved on to Signature Consultants in 2019, where they worked as a Professional Recruiter and Recruiter. Most recently, in 2020, they were employed as an Employee Relations Manager at AppleOne Employment Services, and they are currently an IT Project Manager at Webspec.

Adam Hintz attended Iowa State University from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
