Joacquin Soto

Webster University Head Men's Soccer Coach has announced the hiring of Joacquin Soto as an Assistant Coach. Soto played for the Gorloks from 2017 to 2021.

Soto, a native of Flagstaff, Arizona, appeared in 74 games throughout his five-year career in a Gorlok uniform. He finished his career with six goals and seven assists for 19 total points. He tallied 82 total shots including 24 shots on goal.

While competing for the Gorloks, Soto's teams went 67-17-10 overall and 38-7-5 in SLIAC play. His team won the SLIAC Regular Season and Tournament Championships in each of the last two seasons while qualifying for the 2021 NCAA Division III Men's Soccer National Tournament. In 2021, he helped guide his team to a program record 18 wins.

Soto will assist with all aspects of the program including recruiting, day-to-day practice planning, scouting, and social media.
