James Fletcher

James Fletcher, MA, MBA, FCCA, DBA has extensive work experience in the banking industry. James started their career as a Credit Analyst at HSBC Equator Bank in 1999 and worked there until 2004. James then joined TD Bank Group in 2005 as a Relationship Manager and served in that role until 2018. In 2018, they moved to Webster Bank and currently holds the position of VP, Senior Portfolio Manager.

James Fletcher holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Rensselaer at Work, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. James also obtained a Master's Degree in Development Studies from the University of Leeds, from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Cape Coast, from 1991 to 1996.
