K. James Dittbrenner

K. James Dittbrenner has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and property management industry. K. James is currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Senior Managing Director of Community Development Lending and Investment at Webster Bank. Prior to this role, they held a similar position at Sterling National Bank. At Sterling National Bank, they also served as Vice President & Managing Director. Before joining Sterling National Bank, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Rondout Property Management. Additionally, they worked at Devon Management Company as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw a residential rental property management company and collaborated with Warwick Properties for the development of affordable housing units. K. James has also held various positions at TD, KeyBank, Chase, M&T Bank, and Bank of America earlier in their career.

K. James Dittbrenner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Mount Saint Mary College, which they completed between 1991 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SUNY Orange, from 1983 to 1985.
