Trena McNeal

Trena McNeal is an experienced banking professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in financial services and management. Currently serving as Director Banking Center Manager at Webster Bank since July 2013, Trena has progressed through various roles including Banking Center Manager and Assistant Branch Manager. Prior to this, Trena held the position of Community Development Manager at Ives Bank from August 2023 to November 2024 and was the CEO of Decor Exquisite, an event planning company, from January 2005 to 2016. Trena's earlier experience includes personal banking at Wells Fargo, co-managing sales at New York and Company and Avenue, and working as a customer service representative at American Airlines.
