Jose Efrain Aguilar

Jose Efrain Aguilar possesses extensive experience in operations and construction management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Supervisor at WEC Energy Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jose spent over a decade at Peoples Gas, where positions included General Supervisor and Senior Field Coordinator, leading projects such as the South Shore Accelerated Main Replacement Program and the Beverly project. Additional experience includes leadership as a trumpet player and singer for Mariachi Sol de America from 2000 to 2016, and serving as Construction Supervisor at Lake Area Recovery of Indiana, assisting in home restorations post-Hurricane Ike. Jose began a career in project management at Colima Construction, focused on commercial and residential projects from 1998 to 2012.
