Patrick Bedford

Patrick Bedford serves as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Morphocell Technologies since April 2024 and is the Co-Founder & Director at weCANdev Consulting Group Inc. and the Founder & Managing Director at weCANreg Consulting Group Inc., both established in May 2023 and May 2020, respectively. Bedford has a robust background in regulatory affairs, previously holding roles such as Vice President at Artisan Biotechnologies and Senior Manager at Celgene, where contributions included planning New Drug Submissions for CAR T-cell products. Prior experience encompasses leadership positions at CCRM, where Bedford developed clinical translation and regulatory consulting platforms, and a decade at Health Canada addressing emerging biotechnologies. Bedford holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and advanced degrees in Bioethics and Health Law from the University of Otago, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Western University.
