Joshua Hubbard

Joshua Hubbard has over 30 years of work experience in the food industry. Joshua began their career in 1989 as Manager at Tavern on the Green, Central Park. In 1990, they became the General Manager and Partner at Bradley Holdings, Ltd, an upscale California Bistro in Honolulu. In 1997, they joined ARAMARK Higher Education as the Associate Vice President - Conference Centers and Catering, and held additional roles such as Resident District Manager, Retail Operations General Manager, and Regional Brand Manager, Pan Geos. In 2008, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Unidine Corporation, and in 2012, they founded Ho'okipa Consulting. In 2018, they became the General Manager at Time Out Market, and in 2021, they assumed the role of Vice President, Operations at WECO.

Joshua Hubbard attended Phillips Andover from 1979 to 1983, and then Cornell University from 1983 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management.
