Steffan Wells is the Global Head of CX Solutions at Connect. Prior to this role, Steffan held positions as the Director of CX, Transformation & Digital at DisruptCX, Contact Centre SME & Technical Delivery Lead at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Genesys Design Team Manager at Vodafone, among others. With a BSc degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Wolverhampton, Steffan has a strong background in Genesys consultancy and technical design within various companies such as Shell, Ford Motor Credit, BT Global Services, and T-Mobile.
