Chris Leggate

Chris Leggate has a comprehensive work experience in the finance industry. Chris started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Kleinwort Benson in 1995. After that, they worked as an Associate at Dresdner Kleinwort in Global Equities Financial Control from 1998 to 2001. Chris then served as Vice President in Capital Markets Product Control at Dresdner Kleinwort from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they held the position of Vice President - Head of Management Accounting, Americas at Dresdner Kleinwort. In 2010, they joined Commerzbank AG and was initially appointed as Director - Head of MIS & Projects, Americas where they led the integration of reporting systems. Later on, they were promoted to Director - Head of Divisional Controlling Americas, responsible for various financial analysis and planning tasks. Currently, they work at Wedbush Securities as the Senior Vice President - Head of Strategy & Data Analytics.

Chris Leggate attended Queen Anne High School, although the specific dates of attendance and any degree earned are unknown. After completing high school, they went on to study at The University of Edinburgh from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics.

In terms of certifications, Chris Leggate obtained the Chartered Management Accountant certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in September 2000. Chris later received the Risk Management Suite certification from the New York Institute of Finance in December 2008. Their most recent certification is the Chartered Global Management Accountant, which they obtained from CIMA in January 2012.
