Jarka has experience as the Managing Director and President / CEO at POC, a distribution company specializing in selling helmets and armor for outdoor sports. Jarka started their career as a Cardiovascular Sales Specialist at Johnson & Johnson, followed by a Product Manager role at Tecnica Group. Jarka also worked as a Sales Rep at Abbott Laboratories and as a Promotions / Marketing Manager at Tecnica Group.

Jarka Duba received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition (Biochemistry) from Cornell University in the years 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma in Math/Science from Canajoharie High School from 1987 to 1991.
