Karen Henderson Flagg

Karen Henderson Flagg, MBA, POPM, CSM, CSPO, PMC-III, currently serves as the Director of Product Management (Software) at Wedgewood since May 2025, following a role as Sr. Technical Product Manager at CPower Energy from July 2023 to May 2025. Previously, Karen held positions including Director of Product Management and Product Manager for Global Infrastructure at Science 37, and Group Product Manager at Covetrus. Karen's experience spans various roles in product management and analysis at companies such as IDEXX, L.L.Bean, WEX Inc., BlueTarp Financial, TD Bank, and Citi. Karen holds an MBA in Information Technology and Operations Management from Suffolk University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bryant University.
