Lu Tze Chern, Andy

Andy Lu is responsible for the overall project management functions include overseeing the execution of projects from commencement till completion including the maintenance period. He has been with the group since 2006.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) degree from Purdue University, USA.
