Brett Bernstein

Brett Bernstein has extensive experience in technology and data management roles. Brett is currently working as a Senior Director of Engineering, Data at Weedmaps since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Data at Brad's Deals from November 2016 to November 2021. In this role, they led and managed the Product & Data teams, improved communication practices, and oversaw the transformation of data into actionable insights.

Before joining Brad's Deals, Brett was the Vice President of Technology & Product Management at OAO from September 2014 to November 2016. Brett provided leadership for the technology team and played a crucial role in enhancing collaboration through the introduction of cloud-based collaboration tools. Brett also oversaw the strategic direction of OAO's core ad operations SaaS platform.

From April 2013 to August 2014, Brett worked at Centro as the Vice President of Data Operations & Project Management. Brett provided leadership on agile practices and served as a subject matter expert for client engagements. Before that, they were the Director of Project Management at Leapfrog Online from July 2005 to July 2007. In this role, they established a Project Management Office and implemented agile project management practices.

Lastly, Brett worked at Zacks Investment Research as a Director, Product Manager, and Senior Project Manager from September 1996 to June 2005. Brett was responsible for product management, drafting functional specifications, and implementing business strategies that led to significant revenue growth and cost reduction.
