James Rodenkirch

James Rodenkirch has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James is currently working at Weedmaps as the Director of Software Engineering since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dealer Inspire as the SVP of Product & Engineering for six years, where they provided leadership for team reorganization efforts and mentored engineers in technical and non-technical career goals. Before that, they served as the Technical Lead at Dewpoint, where they implemented development processes and led a team of developers on projects related to offender risk assessment and cases. James also held the position of Product Development Manager at Red Cedar Solutions Group, where they directed teams of developers on projects involving offender risk assessment, case management, and educational data analytics. At Rogers Software Development, they worked as a Team Lead, improving the skills of team members and managing project work. James has also worked as an Internet Services Developer at WS Packaging Group, an Internet Applications Developer at Independent Printing Inc., and a Web Developer at Delta Dental of WI, EZ-Net Inc, and GreenBayNet Inc. James brings a wealth of experience and expertise in software engineering and development to their current role.

James Rodenkirch obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Lakeland University. James attended Lakeland University from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied Micro Computer Programming at NWTC from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Incident Response and PagerDuty Foundational Practitioner from PagerDuty in June 2022.
