Shea Martin

Shea Martin has worked in the finance industry since 2013. Starting as a Junior Accountant at Weems Design Studio Inc., they then moved on to be a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in 2015, and then at National Agents Alliance - The Alliance in 2017. In 2018, they returned to Weems Design Studio Inc. as a Program Manager, and currently serves as the Finance Committee Co-Chair at Make A Play Foundation.

Shea Martin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Morehouse College between 2010 and 2014. In May 2015, Martin obtained an Insurance Broker, Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuity certification from the Georgia Department of Insurance & Safety Fire. In November 2018, Martin became a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance. Martin also holds an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in May 2021. Martin is also in the process of obtaining a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
