Oskar Kemperman

Oskar Kemperman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Oskar started their career in 2011 as a City Representative and Rayon Manager for Knaek Promotions, where they were responsible for acquiring and marketing a discount card for students. Oskar also led and motivated teams in different cities during promotional and sales activities. In 2015, Oskar worked as a Cultural Representative and English Teacher for CEVAM Centro Venezolano Americano, where they taught advanced level English and organized events for the institute. This experience had a significant impact on their perspective on life.

In 2016, Oskar joined NN and participated in their Global Talent Program, which included being an 'Intrapreneur in Residence' in the Startupbootcamp FinTech & CyberSecurity program. During this time, they connected the corporate world with the startup ecosystem. Oskar then took on various roles within NN, including Product Manager/Proposition Lead, Business- & Product Manager, and Product Manager for Marketing Technology. In these roles, they provided strategic advice, managed products, and worked on integrating M&A with another insurance company.

Oskar's most recent work experience is as a Senior Product Manager at wefox, starting in 2022. With their expertise in product management, they contribute to the company's success.

Oskar Kemperman has a diverse education history. Oskar started their academic journey at Scholengemeenschap Sint Ursula, where they completed their Atheneum degree with a focus on Economie & Management with Philosophy from 2003 to 2010. Afterward, they attended Radboud University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Economics.

In 2013 and 2014, Oskar Kemperman pursued a minor in Business-related courses at Central Michigan University. Oskar then returned to Radboud University in 2015 and 2016 to obtain a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in the Flexible Master program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Continuing their education, Oskar Kemperman completed several short programs to enhance their interpersonal skills. In 2019, they attended Bureau Zuidema to gain insight into influence. In 2020 and 2021, they enrolled in de Baak to develop their effective personal communication abilities.
