Pooya Badkoobeh

Pooya Badkoobeh has a diverse work experience that spans over several positions and companies. Starting in 2003, Pooya worked at Badkoobeh | Creative Communication Solutions, where they held various roles including Director of TV ads, chief creative officer, and Creative Director. In these roles, they were responsible for managing multiple aspects of the production process, from developing and reviewing screenplays to hiring production crews. They also spearheaded promotional and marketing plans for projects. In 2020, Pooya co-founded WeFX, assuming the role of Co-Founder and Vice President.

Pooya Badkoobeh holds a Master's degree in film/CINEMA from York University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theater at Azad University (IAU) from 2000 to 2004. Pooya also received a diploma in Art & Graphic from Tehran art school from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Pooya Badkoobeh has obtained several certifications. These include Creative leadership from Cannes Lions School and Berlin School of Creative Leadership in 2016, Being a leader and effective exercise of leadership from Initiatives of Change (India) in 2012, and Marketing & advertising from Vije School in 2010.
