Michael Jonathan Kaestner has extensive experience in sales management, currently serving as Gestor de Vendas at WEG since March 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing the logistics center and managing a team serving the Northern and Northeastern regions. Michael also held various positions including Analista de Vendas and Coordenador de Vendas at WEG, as well as Coordenador do Setor Tributário for the Prefeitura Municipal de Timbó, focusing on public service and municipal debt management.
