Preetpal Bhamra

As General Counsel, Preetpal is responsible for all legal matters relating to Galvanize’s global business and operations, including intellectual property, compliance, corporate governance, and commercial matters. Prior to her role as General Counsel, Preetpal was corporate counsel at Galvanize for over 6 years. Preetpal also held the position of Corporate Counsel at MDA, an international space mission partner and robotics, satellite systems, and geointelligence pioneer. There, Preetpal was responsible for regulatory matters around Canadian and US export laws, anti-corruption programs, competition matters, lobbying regulations, and industry-specific regulations. Prior to her in-house roles, Preetpal worked at a national law firm in Financial Services.
