Aled Nurton (CIPD)

Aled Nurton is a CIPD qualified professional with 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Aled has held roles at WeGift since 2022 as a Senior People Partner, Savanta since 2019 as Head of Human Resources and HR Manager, MIG Global Limited since 2018 as an HR Manager, Elliott Wood Partnership Ltd since 2018 as an Interim HR Manager, British Film Institute (BFI) since 2017 as a Human Resources Manager, UK Anti-Doping since 2013 as a Senior HR Manager and HR Advisor, Wales Millennium Centre since 2009 as a Lead HR Advisor, and St Davids Hall since 2004 as a Bar Assistant.

Aled Nurton obtained their Bsc Economics from Aberystwyth University between 2004 and 2008. Aled then went on to attend Coleg Glan Hafren and obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice in 2009-2010. After that, they attended Newport University and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2010-2012. Prior to this, Aled attended Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf from 1997 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a Leader as Coach certification from Circl\u00ae in March 2022 and is currently a CIPD certified professional.
