Dave Kennedy has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 23 years. Dave has held various roles in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales, and leadership positions.

Starting in 2000, Dave worked as a Technical Support and QA Lab Technician for Plextor Americas until 2001. Dave then joined Hotline Showroom in 2005 as the Head of Sales and Marketing, where they successfully launched and managed a sales team and significantly increased sales.

From 2006 to 2011, Dave worked at Pipeline as a Lead Generation Campaign and Account Manager. Dave'sresponsibilities included executing integrated demand generation campaigns and implementing marketing-to-sales handoff processes. Dave also established a Service Level Agreement process that improved customer loyalty and retention.

In 2012, Dave became the Director of Sales & Marketing at Frequence, where they oversaw demand generation operations and generated substantial marketing-generated pipeline. Dave then joined Catbird Networks in 2013 as the Director of Marketing Operations and played a crucial role in generating sales opportunities and revenue. Dave'scontributions also played a part in the successful acquisition of the company.

From 2016 to 2018, Dave founded and led CordCutting Affiliate Marketing, successfully implementing SEO, inbound, content, and affiliate marketing strategies to increase organic search traffic and sales.

In 2017, Dave worked at The Digital Gorilla as an Advisor ABX Architect & MarOps, where they implemented CRM-based marketing-to-sales lead management and optimized instances of Salesforce.com and HubSpot.

Dave's most recent role was at Bombora, where they held multiple positions from 2018 to 2022. Dave initially served as the Manager of Marketing Operations & Technology, then progressed to become the Director of Revenue Operations, Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, and finally the VP of Strategic Marketing Operations. At Bombora, Dave demonstrated a track record of driving predictable scalable growth and successfully launched the company's first SDR team.

Currently, Dave is the Global Head of Revenue and Marketing Operations at Runa, starting in 2023.

Dave Kennedy attended California State University, Monterey Bay from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. In addition to their formal education, Dave has obtained various certifications. In March 2016, they obtained the HubSpot Inbound Certification from HubSpot. Furthermore, in 2022, Dave received the Agile Crash Course: Agile Project Management; Agile Delivery certification from Udemy, as well as the Account Based Marketing (ABM) Master Class certification, also from Udemy. Additionally, they obtained the ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training Certificate from ESET North America in 2022.
