Christina Grant

Christina Grant, MSA, CAM has extensive work experience in property management and real estate. Christina currently serves as a Community Director at Weidner Apartment Homes since October 2021. Prior to this, they were a Community Manager at Independence Realty Trust Inc. from 2017 to 2021, where they managed the daily operations and overall success of a 453-unit apartment community. Christina has also held positions as a Community Manager at TRANSWEST PROPERTIES, INC., a Licensed Adjuster at Farmers Insurance, a Community Manager at Mindful Management, and a Community Manager at Independence Realty Trust Inc. (IRT), where they were responsible for managing various apartment complexes and ensuring high levels of occupancy and resident satisfaction. Christina has additional experience as an Assistant Community Manager at Cottonwood Residential, an Executive Assistant at Newport Companies, llc - Pinehurst Apartments, a Housing Coordinator at HUD, and a Loan Counselor at MidFirst Bank. Their expertise includes personnel management, leasing, marketing, and capital improvements.

Christina Grant, MSA, CAM, has a strong educational background in various fields. Christina obtained a Master of Accounting degree from Walden University in 2017, with a focus on accounting. Prior to that, they pursued Pre-Dentistry Studies at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2000 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Additionally, Christina completed an Associate of Science degree in Chemistry at Oklahoma City Community College from 2001 to 2004.

In terms of certifications, Christina holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential from the National Apartment Association, which they obtained in October 2022. Christina also obtained a managerial accounting certification from Walden University in December 2016.
