Eric Stalwick

Eric Stalwick is an accomplished Area Director at Weidner Apartment Homes, overseeing more than 1200 units in Saskatoon and Regina and managing a staff of over 30 across multiple locations since May 2015. Eric has also served as a Certified Mentor, guiding new Managers in Training in their development as Community Directors. Previous roles include Area Manager, responsible for 400 units and 11 associates, and Community Director, managing a 217-unit property with a focus on operations, customer service, budgets, marketing, and resident issue resolution. Prior experience includes roles such as Summer Research Student at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Student Intern at the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders' Association, and Cast Member at Cineplex Entertainment. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Saskatchewan.
