Justin Thompson

Justin Thompson has eight years of work experience in the education field. Justin began their career in 2015 as a Special Education Teacher for Scioto County Board of DD, and an After School Teacher for Northwest Middle School. In 2016, they became a Teacher for KIPP Indy Public Schools, and an Alumni for Teach For America. In 2017, they held two roles, a Policy Extern for Teach Plus and a LEE Fellow for EdChoice. In 2019, they were a Recruitment Associate and a Recruitment Manager for KIPP Colorado Schools, and they are currently a Recruiting Coordinator for Weights & Biases since 2022.

Justin Thompson attended Shawnee State University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Science of Education degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
