Kelsey Orr is a Senior Recruiter with extensive experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Weights & Biases since April 2024, Kelsey specializes in recruiting for sales, marketing, customer success, and operations in a Series C environment. Previously, Kelsey held the position of Senior Corporate Recruiter at honeycomb.io from March 2022 to April 2024, supporting the company's growth from Series B to Series D. Additional experience includes roles at FieldEdge, Strive Consulting, Pyramid Consulting, and SKULLY Technologies. Kelsey is also an ambassador for The Launch Collective, an international community of GTM recruiters.
