James Crook is a Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP since September 2009, specializing in structured finance and securitisation. James's expertise includes advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and hedge funds on diverse transactions such as performing and non-performing portfolio acquisitions, RMBS, CLOs, OTC derivatives, and esoteric asset classes.
