Candie Russell

Candie Russell, SPHR, has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Candie worked at Weil-McLain, where they served as the Vice-President of Human Resources from February 2013 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources from January 2006 to February 2013.

Before joining Weil-McLain, Candie worked at NMC as a Strategic Planning Manager from June 2002 to January 2006. In this role, they focused on developing and maintaining the company's long-term business plan and implementing tools to improve strategic focus, among other responsibilities.
