David Chaskin

David Chaskin serves as Chief Financial Officer and has over 25 years of financial and operations experience with the last 15 in the securities industry. Prior to joining Weild & Co, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Element Capital Group, where he negotiated a Joint Venture, Option Agreement and related Revenue Strip Purchase Agreement allowing the company to partner with a broker/dealer for its advisory securities business. David served as Chief Financial Officer at Noxilizer, Inc., where he was responsible for raising over $20 million of equity capital and recapitalizing the company’s capital structure. As Chief Financial Officer of Aritas Inc, he formed and registered a UK broker/dealer and helped negotiate the selling of the assets of the company.

David has experience in finance and operations management within start-ups and global multi-billion dollar organizations. He has served as an outsourced Chief Financial Officer and Financial and Operations Principal to several investment banking and equity trading broker dealers, including Merit Harbor Capital LLC, Tripleshot LLC, DBOT ATS LLC and GCA Advisors LLC. David has also done operational consulting at Evercore, Inc where he implemented procedures leading to efficient and more productive department operations.

Mr. Chaskin holds an MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics from Lehigh University.

David holds FINRA Series 27 and 99 licenses.
