Dwayne Sorobey

Dwayne Sorobey has extensive work experience in the investment banking and capital ventures industry. Dwayne is currently working as the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Weild & Co. since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the President of BlueFish Capital Ventures starting from August 2010. Dwayne also held the position of Managing Director of Institutional Sales at Casimir Capital from 2013 to 2014. Dwayne Sorobey began their career as an Investment Advisor at Canaccord Genuity Inc. in 1995 and later worked as an Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter from 1992 to 1995.

Dwayne Sorobey pursued their graduate studies in International Business and Finance at UCLA. The specifics of the duration of their studies remain unknown. However, prior to that, they attended the University of Alberta from 1982 to 1987. During their time at the University of Alberta, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
