Aaron Smith

Aaron Smith has extensive experience in the field of hydraulic component design and engineering. Aaron has worked in various roles throughout their career, starting as a Design Engineer at Eaton Corporation in 1997. Aaron then transitioned to Woods Equipment as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing new products. After that, Aaron worked at Clover Industries in multiple positions, including Engineering Manager and Senior Product Engineer. Aaron played a crucial role in the growth and development of Clover Industries as a supplier of custom hydraulic cylinders. Aaron later joined Ordered Motion Systems as an Engineering Manager and Innovative Hydraulics, LLC as an Engineer, specializing in hydraulic cylinder design. Most recently, they have been working at Omega Thermo Products as an Engineering Manager, overseeing the daily workload of the engineering group and implementing Solidworks design software. Additionally, Aaron has also worked as an Independent Hydraulic Cylinder Design Consultant.
