Melanie Hayes

Melanie Hayes is a highly experienced professional in talent and organizational learning and development, currently serving as Senior Talent and Organizational Learning & Development Leader at Weisiger Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie was the Global Head of Learning and Talent Development at Printful, where responsibilities included identifying skill gaps and designing learning solutions while building a team of learning professionals.
