Todd Rasmussen

Todd Rasmussen has over 20 years of experience in the valuation profession, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Innovation at Weiss Analytics since March 2024. Prior to this role, Todd was unemployed from November 2023 to March 2024 and held the position of President at Equity Valuation Partners/WAIV from September 2021 to March 2024. Todd's previous experience includes significant leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at Southeastern Evaluation, Director of Business Development at Mueller Services, and Manager of Vendor & Staff Appraisers at Axis Appraisal Management Solutions, along with various other positions in the industry. Todd is a certified appraiser and has a strong foundation in sales, technology, and appraisal services, having contributed to the development of both traditional and proprietary valuation products. Todd's education includes training from the Appraisal Institute and a degree from Arizona State University.
