Subhamitra Pakrashi

Subhamitra Pakrashi has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a General Dentist at NG Medicare & Calcutta Hope Infertility Clinic. In 2012, they served as a Sessional Lecturer at Edith Cowan University. They then volunteered as a Research Assistant at the University of Alaska Fairbanks from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they dedicated their time as a Volunteer at the MetaSUB Consortium. In 2017, they joined the INTERIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER, where they held multiple roles, including Scheduler, Electronic Health Record Specialist, Interim Quality Officer, and eventually became a Quality Officer. In 2020, they transitioned to the Western North Carolina Community Health Services (WNCCHS) as the Director of Quality Improvement. Following this, they worked at BREAKWATER HEALTH NETWORK as the Director of Data & Quality from 2021 to 2023. Later in 2023, they held the position of Director of Quality, DEI, & Decision Support at RESILIENCE HEALTHCARE LLC and Weiss Memorial Hospital, and at West Suburban Medical Center.

Subhamitra Pakrashi has an extensive education history in the field of health and healthcare administration. They obtained a Doctorate of Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University starting in 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Edith Cowan University from 2011 to 2012. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Dentistry, as they earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences between 2002 and 2006.

In addition to their formal degrees, Subhamitra Pakrashi has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional knowledge and skills. They completed the Region V Public Health Leadership Institute at Region V Public Health Training Center in July 2023. In April 2022, they obtained the ADCES Lifestyle Coach PreventT2 Change Program certification from the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. Furthermore, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from UNC Charlotte School of Professional Studies in November 2021, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from UNC Charlotte Continuing Education in July 2021. They also have a Tableau Fundamentals certification from Tableau Software in April 2021.

Additionally, Subhamitra Pakrashi holds a Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety from IHI, which was obtained in March 2020. They completed the Certificate in Team Based Care from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) in November 2019. In April 2019, they obtained the Level 1-4 Ambulatory Care Risk Management certification from ECRI. Lastly, in July 2011, they became a Full Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, showcasing their academic achievement and recognition.
