Alexander Koschel

Alexander Koschel currently works as a Projektmanager at J.G. WEISSER SÖHNE GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to this, Alexander held the position of Abteilungsleiter at Heppler GmbH CNC-Technik, where Alexander oversaw the departments of grinding, honing, logistics, as well as various follow-up processes. In addition, Alexander served as a 5S coordinator and was responsible for various tasks such as defining training needs, monitoring employee competencies, calculating daily workloads, and optimizing departmental processes. Alexander also has experience as a Fertigungsleiter at Mikron Tool SA Agno and as a CAM programmer at Karl Storz Endoskope. Alexander holds a degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in Fertigungstechnik / Mechatronik from Staatliche Feintechnikerschule.
