David Brown

David Brown, an experienced real estate construction professional, is a Project Manager with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, his responsibilities included bid comparison, cost estimation, contract origination and approval, contractor coordination and oversight, invoice approval, tracking of project progress and related duties. Prior to joining Weitzman, Brown worked as a project manager with Addison-based Knight Restoration Services.
