Amanda Collins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Amanda most recently worked as a Contract Performance Manager at WEL Networks since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Delivery Team Manager at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand from June 2019 to March 2022. Before that, Amanda was a Work Group Manager - Building Solutions at WSP Opus from May 2017 to June 2019.
In their earlier career, Amanda worked as a Senior Consultant and Team Leader at Arcadis ESG from March 2011 to June 2016. Amanda had the opportunity to work with international anglophone clients in France, Luxemburg, Switzerland, and Belgium, focusing on construction projects in the Francophone culture and geography. Retail was their preferred sector, and they worked with clients such as OPEL and adidas. Amanda also played a key role in enabling Marks & Spencer to open their flagship Champs Elysees store in mainland Europe.

Amanda Collins completed their education at two institutions. From 1985 to 1988, they attended the University of Portsmouth and earned a 2:2 degree in Quantity Surveying. Later, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management with a focus on Construction Project Management at the University College of Estate Management, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
