Evan Gallagher

Evan Gallagher has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on strategy and policy analysis. Evan is currently serving as the Strategy Director at WelbeHealth since September 2021. Prior to that, Evan held various roles at Kaiser Permanente, including Director of Medicare and Medicaid Strategy from December 2019 to September 2021, Senior Manager of Medicare and Medicaid Strategy from December 2017 to September 2021, Manager of Medicaid Strategy from August 2016 to December 2017, and Senior Strategy Consultant from January 2014 to August 2016. Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Evan worked as a Health Policy Analyst at ZeroDivide for the entirety of 2013. Evan pursued their Masters of Public Policy at the Goldman School of Public Policy from August 2011 to May 2013. Prior to that, Evan worked as a Strategy Consultant at Kaiser Associates from December 2009 to May 2011. Evan also served as a Business Development Manager at DAI from February 2008 to November 2009. Evan's career started at Kaiser Associates where they worked as a Senior and Associate Consultant from July 2006 to February 2008, primarily focusing on strategy consulting for Fortune 500 clients in various industries, including market analysis and customer research.

Evan Gallagher completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Bowdoin College from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Masters of Public Policy degree with a focus on Healthcare Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
